You hired the team. The decisions still come back to you.

You have attention, revenue, and a great offer. What you don't have yet is a company that can move without you in the middle of it all.

You’ve hired specialists, changed systems, and brought in leadership. Each one improved a piece of the business. You’re still the person making the pieces work together.

You're the switchboard.

Marketing launches an offer sales hasn't been briefed on. Delivery hears about a promise after the client signs. Every handoff runs through you, because you're the only one who sees all three teams at once.

Your team has titles. You still own the decisions.

You hired people to take things off your plate. Now your days are full of giving direction, checking work, and settling questions—instead of growing the company.

Nobody else sees the whole picture.

The priorities, the numbers, the reasons behind decisions. Too much of what makes the company work still lives in your head. That's the gap. Fill that gap, and free the founder.

None of this means your company is broken. It means that the company was built around you, and nobody has rebuilt it since.

The Growth Install

Build the operating side your company needs.

We trace how attention becomes revenue, how sales become delivery, and where the business loses money or momentum. Then we spend six months working with your team to fix what’s holding growth back.

01

A team that knows what it owns.

Clear roles, reporting lines, and authority to make decisions. Where there's a real gap, we help define and fill the roles that matter.

02

Numbers your team actually uses.

Know which channels bring customers, which offers make money, and where sales or delivery are slipping. Give each number an owner and your team a regular rhythm for acting on it.

03

Handoffs that don't need you.

Marketing, sales, and delivery connected with clear handoffs and a weekly operating rhythm. A launch turns into sales, and a sale turns into a kickoff, without you carrying the message from one room to the next.

There's no menu and no template. The first 30 days show us what's actually holding the company back, and we build in that order, biggest constraint first.

How it works

Here's what your next 6 months could look like

  1. The Growth Install

    First 30 days

    See the whole business.

Start with your team, your numbers, and what’s already working. Find the constraint, build the roadmap, and launch the first revenue initiative.

  2. Months 2–6

    Install it with your team.

Your Piper operator leads the build alongside your team, one constraint at a time.

  3. Ongoing support

    After the install

    Keep it working.

Your operator continues monthly by default, with a planned handoff if you prefer.

See the full scope

First 30 days

See the whole business.

We look at your numbers, talk to your leaders, and check what they tell us against the data.

  • A baseline review of your numbers, your team, and how decisions really get made
  • A 3–4 hour working session with Chris on where you want the company to go
  • Your six-month roadmap, in priority order
  • Your first revenue initiative, launched before month one is over

Months 2–6

Install it with your team.

Your Piper operator builds the agreed deliverables and coordinates implementation. We work through the biggest constraint, then the next. Specialist-led working sessions help your team make the changes part of how the business operates.

After the install

Keep it working.

Your Piper operator continues on a monthly basis by default, keeping the system running as the company grows. You can also arrange a transition to your internal operations lead or a permanent hire.

The company behind Piper

Built from time inside the business.

Chris Piper, founder of Piper

Chris Piper has spent more than a decade inside some of the fastest-growing creator companies, including Scribe Media, Contrarian Thinking, and SaaS Academy, as COO or CMO. As a consultant, he's worked with dozens more household names to scale the business behind the creator. The same patterns kept showing up in every one of them. That's where the PIPER Method, and the Piper company itself, came from. See his full background on LinkedIn

Who you'll work with

  • Chris leads your opening working session and shapes the roadmap.
  • Your Piper operator runs the engagement day to day, alongside your team.
  • Specialists join for focused sessions on specific problems.

Before we talk

What founders usually ask first.

Who is the Growth Install for?

Profitable creator companies doing at least $3M a year, usually with a media or audience engine up front and a high-ticket offer behind it. You have customers and a team, but too much still depends on you.

Who is it not for?

Companies under $3M or not yet profitable, and founders looking for advice without implementation. This work also requires giving your team room to make decisions within clear, agreed boundaries.

Does every company get the same thing?

No. Every engagement starts with a clear read on the business and a six-month roadmap, and what we build depends on what we find. Some companies need clearer roles and stronger leaders. Others need better numbers and cleaner handoffs. We agree on priorities with you before any building starts.

Who does the work?

Your Piper operator builds the deliverables and coordinates the rollout with your team. You stay in the decisions that need your authority: budgets, key hires, and changes to how the business runs.

How much of my time does this take?

The first big ask is a 3–4 hour working session. After that, expect a regular decision meeting, reviews, and working sessions when they're relevant. What we need most from you is quick decisions, access to the business, and room for your team to take ownership.

What does it cost?

$20,000 for month one, then $15,000 a month for months two through six, which is $95,000 over the six-month term. Ongoing operator support after that is $15,000 a month.

What happens after six months?

Your operator continues monthly by default. If you'd rather move the work to your internal ops lead or a permanent hire, we plan that transition with you.
